APS Lowers Solar Rebate Again

For the second time in a month, APS, lowered their rebate for residential solar installations.  Again, with no notice, APS repeated last months move and notified solar companies that effective at midnight on April 30th, their rebate amount would be lowered to $1.95/Watt.  It is not yet determined if other utility companies will follow suit.
